Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the .! All orders ship from Sioux Falls, SD, USA.

We use UPS and USPS for all domestic standard shipping.

What are my shipping options?
Most customers enjoy free shipping on domestic orders. Expedited shipping is available upon checkout at customer’s expense for website orders only.

 

***Expedited and International shipping are not available on App/CommentSold orders.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Beginning Monday, December 12th, customers can select local curbside pickup on orders only (not available on the App/CommentSold). After checkout, customers will receive an email within 24 hours that their order is ready for pickup. Upon arrival at the Filly Flair warehouse, customers can send a text message to , provide their first and last name and parking spot number and a member of the team will deliver the package(s).

What are my options if I live outside of the .?
International shipping is only available for website orders. We offer shipping to international addresses via UPS, with the exception of Canada. We ship via USPS to Canada. Free standard shipping is not available on international orders.

Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information to track your order in real-time. *If you did not receive either of these emails, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Also, it is helpful to add support to your address book.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed . holidays.

We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take 3 to 5 business days for processing.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
As soon as we receive your order, we work on fulfilling it right away. Orders cannot be changed or edited once they have been placed. You may attempt to cancel an order by contacting customer support at or support. However, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it is processed to ship.

My tracking says that my order is being returned to the sender. What can I do?
If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address at a $6.00 shipping fee. Please contact us if you need help.

My package is marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.
Here’s what we suggest doing:

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Ask your family members, roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery.
Check again at the end of the next business day.
Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877)
